Documentary filmmaking is the purest form of story-telling you can undertake. It allows the filmmaker and the viewer to experience true emotions, and I believe it is an important aspect of who we are as a society. In a sense, all documentaries are historical accounts, but the ability to document something as simple as our families or our childhoods can, and will, give back to future generations to come.
On this page you will find three documentaries that I have produced, or I am currently producing. Two of these stories deal with war, and the effects it has had on the lives of the people it has touched. War and its aftermath is a difficult subject to undertake, and sometimes it can become overwhelming and personal.
Regardless of your beliefs, or how you feel about these old men, or young men, they have seen the fog of war and they can teach all of us something about the human condition. |
